terms of service

I only agree to do business with adults. If you are below 18 years of age, permission from a parent/guardian to contact me is required and they may commission me on your behalf.I have the right to decline your request for any reason. Feel free to ask if you are unsure of your inquiry beforehand.

— payment —

Payment will be handled exclusively through PayPal, EUR. I do not accept eChecks, Bitcoin, other currencies, or any other form of payment.Payment is taken before I start work. You have up to three days (72 hrs) to pay for a commission. If response or payment is not received by then, your commission will be cancelled.I accept partial payments, but only from trusted, repeat customers.For custom designs, you may pay in full after work is completed, as I am better able to calculate a correct price with a clear picture in mind. However, I require a downpayment of 60$, my custom design base price, before I start.

If I am unable to complete a commission, or you choose to cancel it, I will send you a full refund. Please note that such will be sent only if the commission has not been yet started, otherwise the refund will be calculated proportionally to the amount of what has been drawn at the point of cancellation.If you are unsatisfied with the final product, I may rework it. Two free edits are allowed, additional edits will have a supplementary fee calculated.

— rights and permissions —

Commissioned work may be re-uploaded by the client anywhere of their choosing, with proper crediting such as linking back to my socials.I retain full rights to the artwork. It may not be used for profit, nor may you claim credit of it. You may not make use of the artwork for any form of NFT or AI based purpose.
If you do wish to sell my artwork as merchandise, you may buy partial or full rights to the work through a royalty agreement or an additional fee. Please notify me about this before I start the commission in question.You may not alter my work in any way, shape or form, or delete my signature.

— delivery —

Due to personal life happenings, turnaround time tends to be within 2 months, but it might take less depending. Regardless, you will be notified of any significant delays.
I do not accept deadlines on commissions.

If either of these two forms is available, then commissions are OPEN.

To claim a spot, compile and submit the form that interests you. I keep 3 commission slots and 1 custom design slot open at one time.It's really not required, but I recommend checking the Art Specimens page as well, to have a feel of the sort of quality and level of detail I can provide.Communications and work in progress to be approved will be handled via Discord/email.
